Hello everyone, I am a 14-year-old boy looking to use my skills in cooking to help lower the amount of Diabetes cases there are per year as well as encourage healthy eating around the world. I decided one way I could try to make an impact in my small corner of the world was to create cooking tutorials that I could post online on different social media platforms. The main platform I ended up focusing on was YouTube. I chose this because I found it was the easiest to upload my content and was also one of the most well-known platforms, this would help me gain traction and more views for my videos. I have made 4 videos each including healthy recipes that include protein. I have made Chicken Fajitas, Banana Bread, Chicken Salad, and Healthy Snack alternatives (more can be seen in the videos section as well as links down below). I chose to make these meals because I found that I would like to make one meal for each meal of the day. This is because it allows people who want to have lunch, to have an option, as well as people who want to have dinner and breakfast and a simple snack.
