Banana Bread:
Ingredients:
1/3 cup (166g) of all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
5 1/3 tablespoons (75g) unsalted butter, plus butter to grease the loaf pan
2/3 cup (132g) sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup (225g) mashed very ripe bananas (about 2)
1/2 cup (75g) coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 medium garlic cloves, minced or pressed through garlic press (I tablespoon)
